    Professor Doctor. Hava Dönmez KEKLİKOĞLU She was born in 1969 in Manisa. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine. After returning from his compulsory service in Kayseri, he completed his cargo training at Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine Neurology USA. He received the title of associate professor in 2014 and professor in 2019 at Ankara Dışkapı Training and Research Hospitals and Atatürk Training and Research Hospitals. Injection applications and EMG applications participated in the trainings. He attended a training on Neuroophthalmology during his 2nd year visit at Hacettepe University. It was established at Harvard University to run the Neuroophthalmology and Neurootology units.
